How does the quarterly discount work?
The prices shown are the effective monthly rate. Paying quarterly saves you at least 15% against month-to-month and is invoiced once every three months. Month-to-month is always available at the full rate with no commitment.
Can I switch plan or billing term later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated against what you've already paid. Moving from monthly to quarterly applies at your next renewal, so you never pay twice for the same period.
What counts as a connected source?
One procurement portal — SAM.gov, your state system, a municipal site, or an aggregator. Each has its own adapter, and each is scraped on the twice-daily schedule.
What if the portal I need isn't supported?
Tell us. New adapters are how the platform grows, and adding one for a source you depend on is a normal part of onboarding rather than a custom project.
Do I pay per opportunity scored?
No. Scoring runs across everything your connected sources publish, and the plan price doesn't move with volume.
Can I change my criteria after setup?
As often as you like. Criteria are versioned, so the calibration report can show you whether an edit actually improved your scoring accuracy.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export your bids, pipeline history, supplier records, and knowledge base at any time, including after you cancel.
